"I have been teaching Swimming and Aquarobics since 1997. I have a ASA (Swim England) Level 2 in both Swimming and Aquarobics.  I am passionate about working with young people, so changing my career path from September 2024 was a personal choice which as allowed me to take on more teaching.

I like to hear from children what water sports they do in their spare time and when they go on holiday and are able to practise some of what they have learnt!

I enjoy teaching Life Saving Techniques, and I am also an Open Water Trainer Assessor, working as Safety Crew for Colwick Park Lifeguards on Rivers and Lakes as a volunteer in my spare time.

My future plans involve spreading the word about the dangers of Open Water as well as showing children and adults how water and open water can be fun and help mental well being."
